Dr. Deja Opusunju is committed to creating both beautiful and healthy smiles. She has dental experience that includes working with kids so she is able to provide comprehensive and quality care for the entire family.
Dr. Opusunju attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. She was then accepted into the dental hygiene program at Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas where she graduated with honors and received another Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. After practicing dental hygiene for several years, she decided to pursue her childhood dream of becoming a dentist.
Having been born in Houston, Texas, Dr. Opusunju relocated to Augusta, GA where she earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from The Dental College of Georgia. Following graduation, Dr. Opusunju made the decision to move back to Houston to be closer to family.
When not treating patients, Dr. Opusunju enjoys traveling, reading, writing, playing and watching sports, and giving back to the community.
