Dr. Khan is a proud Houston resident. He received his Bachelors degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland. Dr. Khan earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University Of Maryland School Of Dentistry, and graduated in the top 10% of the class. Dr. Khan then completed 3 year orthodontic training from Stony Brook University and also received a Masters degree in Oral Biology with concentration in bone biology. Besides being an Honor’s student, Dr. Khan has extensive research experience, he successfully led several projects and produced several peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Khan also received many awards during his residency including AAO research aid award and his research was selected for Charley Schultz award. Dr. Khan is an active member of American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and Southwest Society of Orthodontists.
When not treating patients, Dr. Khan enjoys being active, volunteering, travelling, photography and participating in endurance races.
